A couple of years ago, I nearly got a position at Yang-en University outside Quangzhou in Fujian Province. However, I did not go. I may go later this year.
I met a guy when I was in Japan, who did go. He said he had a good time there, and that they helped him improve his teaching skills. A major advantage was that they had lots of sports facilities, and activities for the students and teachers. Also, there are lots of Western teachers too. So it sounded great.
However, he told me that it wasn't as good now as in 2006. If anyone reading this has worked at Yang-En University, I would appreciate some feedback. Reasonable feedback. Thank you. |
