Do you know of any educational eportfolio use in China?

Hi all,

I'm currently finishing a module of a masters degree in online and distance learning. A paper I have to hand in soon is about eportfolios and I wanted to mention what the situation is like here in China at the moment. I've asked my Chinese wife to look online for me but I was wondering if any of you have heard of any schools or universities trying out eportfolios for their staff or students. Or if any of you know of any national or local legislation dealing with this issue.
