Hi all.
I have been teaching in Mexico for over 3 years now. never had a problem with my visa. For the first time in over 3 years I have come back to the UK for christmas. Heres my siutaion not sure if anyones been through it.....

My visa(FM3) expires, soon, next week.
I wont be in mexico until Feb.
I have just got a new passport (old one expired)
i want to return to mexico and teach.

My questions:
Will I need a new apostille for the new passport? if so does it have to be from pall mall (i think thats where it is) london or can any solicitor do it?

thanks alot folks

Why would you need an apostille on your passport? I haven't heard that one before.

I assume you'd just enter on your new passport with a tourist visa and hand in your old FM3 to migracion once you get a new teaching job.

I've never been asked for my birth certificate. Only my FM2. My teaching certificate and degree are apostilled.

I have, though it didn't need an apostille/legalization.

I have mine and it has an apostille. Not sure if it was ever used though - I have never processed my own FM3.

Come to think of it i dont think I was asked for my birth cert when I first got my Fm3.
It all seems such a blur.
