Hi,

Does anyone have information on places (contractor facilities, education or training centers etc.) in Libya and other African countries where information / documentation centers or libraries exist? The place should be big (or important ) enough to be administered by expat professional (s). I've never worked in the region but my interest was piqued when I read some posts saying that they had gigs that paid as well as in the Gulf countries with what sounds like great benefits. I'd appreciate any and all good tips and advice as well.
