Hello to all.

I am 25 and a UK qualified teacher (PGCE primary), BA, CCRS. I have one years teaching experience in the middle east.
I have gotten an interview with an International British school in Prague (recognised by COBIS).

What kind of salary and conditions should I expect to be offered (considering my qualifications, experience, age)?

Does anyone have any experience working for any of the International schools in Prague?

The pay is not really great except for a few cush jobs that might come up. People teach in Prague mainly for the experience of it. If you want to really make money, you'll need to get a zivnostensky and develop your own private students or businesses/corporations that would be willing to pay equal to what they pay a school. Decide if Prague is a place you want to live and if teaching is something you want to continue to do. The job alone will not bring you success nor will qualifications and even experience. You've got to have massive amounts of hussle and a motor in you back that is pushing you to grow and succeed.
Everyone that I know in the city that is a teacher and is doing well has these qualities. the job will only take you so far because pretty much every employer will view you as being replaceable.

I second what Chris has said. Schools offer subsistence-level wages across the board. You can expect to live ok, but not to save up or be able to buy anything major. Getting ahead takes a lot of work, and to add to Chris' post - local contacts and language skills. If you find that you want to get ahead in the CR long-term, you'll really need functional Czech as well!
