I'm coming to San Jose in March for a year. I want to spend some of my time off (the odd weekend, national holidays etc.) going surfing. Anyone out there with the same idea? Anyone out there had the same idea and now has some advice? Also, does anyone have any info/stories about surfing in Nicaragua and/or Panama?
