I know I posted before, but I feel I must post once more as a friend I know who was hired there about 2/3 months ago was recently "let go" for no apparant reason (fotunately I've assisted him in finding a new job)other than management did not like him. Other things I've learned from him is stuff such as teachers being seriously overworked, contracts not being followed, payments not being actually paid on time / correctly, a lack of organization on a day to day basis, massive cases of farming out of teachers, and so on and so forth. A place to avoid. |

Sounds like the majority of places in China!
If you're lucky enough and find someplace that IS good at communication on a daily basis, does honor the contract, doesn't overwork the teachers, and pays on time, let us all know! In the meantime I'll stay away from TOP! |

Why not let your friend post his experiences?
This is second-hand information. |

Apologies to all...
Been away from town a while.
Friend does not wish to be mentioned for the obvious reasons, as in he may still be in town and the previous dodgy employer may well threatened him at some point, maybe |
