Hi guys,

I was wondering if anyone has any leads on companies or schools that could potentially offer a 3 month contract, ideally between May and July, for an ESL teacher with a bit of experience and an MA under his belt. Also have a 300 hour TESL Diploma.

I've already applied to Westgate, had a phone interview yesterday, and they put me on the backup teacher list due to already being pretty stocked up for the coming spring term.

Any help or suggestions on places to look into would be greatly appreciated!

Go to the Middle East where your qualifications will actually mean something. Wink

Sounds like I'm joking but there is a grain of truth to it. Unless you are applying for a university/non-dispatched public school position your credentials mean nothing in Japan. Since neither of those institutions will hire you for a 3 month contract you are unfortunately in the same boat as everyone else looking for work in Japan.
