54-sqm apartment which is totally furnished (Cable TV, ADSL, Washing machine, Air-conditioner, Hot-Water, Furniture�). This apartment is located in the city center, in quiet area and a lot of foreigners are staying in this flat. From this location, you can easily access to Dist.01 & 03, Binh Thanh, Phu Nhuan, Go Vap�My current tenant will be leaving Vietnam at the end of March, so it will be available as of early-April 09.

In addition to the above, I am a new teacher in Vietnam looking for any kind of flatshare/ apartment kind of arrangement (im not sure what the set-up is here, having only stayed in guest houses til now!), starting anytime now-ish.
Im a fine young gentleman of 24 years, fond of partying etc but not to excess, like music, footy and tennis, and stuff in general really. If anyone out there needs a flatmate please feel free to drop me a message. I'm not a weirdo.
