| This may sound like a stupid question, but I would like to meet some ALT or eikawa teachers while I'm in Japan. Are there any haunts near Tokyo where they might congregate? |

i see a lot of fellow foreigners there but they don't look like teachers.
starbucks, cheap beer places, friends of friends of friends. don't worry, you'll meet people. it's not too difficult to meet other foreigners..at least men. |
