I'm heading to Irkutsk for business in April. Is anyone currently living there? I'll be there about a week (due to flight scheduling), but will only be busy a couple of those days.
What should I do? Anything I should see? How does one "kill" four days in Irkutsk?
By the way, if anyone's around, I'd be happy to meet up.
