Hello,

I was wondering if any of you have worked in Al Najah Private School in Abu Dhabi or know anyone who has. What I want to know is what this particular school is like to work in and what sort of salary they typically pay (if it makes a difference I have a degree in science education and have tefl certification). I've searched the site and cannot find any information on this particular school so any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks

Never heard of it. In cases such as this, avoidance is probably the more prudent path to take. There are MANY well-known K-12 schools in AD. This'n isn't even on the radar screen and not being able to find out anything on the internet about it speaks volumns.

Is that the correct spelling? I was just attending an event at an International School in Abu Dhabi with a similar name recently, and it was a very highly reputed school. The classrooms were spacious and nice. I don't know if this is the same one.

Thanks for the replies. As far as i'm aware this is the correct spelling but it is possible that a mistake was made. I would normally steer clear of schools that have little info available but this particular one is being advertised by my university education department so I assume that gives them some degree of credibility, then again maybe not.

thanks again

Hey Lynne,

I saw the advertisement on the uni webpage too.

I have been in contact with them and they are interviewing in Dublin in April.
