So I'm interested in teaching for Chatteris, since I don't have a TEFL cert and I majored in Business but I just wanna go for the experience.

I don't really live a crazy lifestyle but I would like to occasionally travel.

So with 13,000 HKD is that enough to save a little and travel a bit? My aunt has an apartment which she doesn't live in anymore since she moved to America where I am and she'd probably let me live there.

13,000 HK per month in spending money would make you rich by HK standards - the average salary is 11,500 HK per month. So yes, so long as you don't eat out at the five-star hotels I think you'll have some spare money for travel.
