Feb. 14, 2004

Happy Valentine's Day everyone!!
My name is Mart and I was looking at this posting on Dave's site.
Does anyone know anything about this company?? Or have you worked for this company? Just wanting to get a few ideas from anyone who is "in the know" about this place.

Thanks and take care

mart

New Horizons have a place in Jeddah in Saudi Arabia. As far as I know they specialise in computer training. In this part of the world that often goes together with EFL becasue of the low levels of English often found in the target population (i.e. they have to learn Basic English before they can start using a QWERTY keyboard)

NH have places all over KSA and the gulf. In brief, if you have next to no teaching qualification then they are an option. Almost all New Horizons centers have the Direct English Franchise inside them.

As language schools go they're not the worst you could find but they only ever issue a single status contract and you will be working a split shift up to 7 days per week! Not great but it could be worse! You could be with EF or Berlitz!
