Dear All,
I am female 27 yr old , got offer letter from University college jubail
Grade 10 step 03, any idea of salary ?
Please tell me more about their accomodation on single status
I am married so shall I ask them for family status?
My husband will arrange his visa. if he come on dependant visa, will he be allowed to work in Jubail?
It would be great , if anyone knows more about the following:
How is their accomodation, size, number of rooms, locality, other facilities, is it compound, villa or flat, what is included in furniture or utilities? How far from college, shopping mall ?
Do they provide air fare? someone will come at airport?
Whats the best thing and worst thing about UCJ ?
Any advice or recommendation for me before I sign the contract
Please reply ASAP.
Thanks a million! |

Your husband usually can't work if he comes as a dependant. I do know someone who is currently getting their status changed, but it is taking a long time and she won't be paid until it is sorted out. |

Single accommodation for women is I think still in an old nurses hostel, that earned the nickname 'Guatanamo' when it was occupied by male single teachers for a couple of years. Kitchens are shared.
A female poster on the forum who worked at JIC informed us that there was an evening curfew imposed for the time she lived there. |
