I'm arriving in Thailand October 17, so I'm going to be in bit of a rush to find a job for the November semester. I'm thinking of going to Khorat, because I like the location, and it's a reasonably sized city that should have the western resources I want, but without the hustle and bustle of Bangkok.

I'm not haing much luck with the online search right now. Has anybody worked in Khorat? Are there lots of opportunities for teachers there? Any idea if my chances of finding a job through a ground search there are good? How do you like the city?
