I ended up getting the list of English speaking doctors that the US embassy puts out on its website. Good idea about KIA and Rainbow Plaza, though.

Rainbow Plaza in the IMS Building have an English-speaking doctor available for consultation (not a medical appointment, however) on Wednesdays, or at least they did when I lived there.
If I remember correctly, there is an American doctor in Nishijin - I got the information from Rainbow Plaza. That would be your best bet. Either that or contact the International Association in Yahata if you live in Kitakyushu. |
