New one bedroom furnished apartments, approximately 38 square meters. Kitchen poky so you have to keep the fridge in the living room but generally pleasant. Pleasant views, two minutes walk from the shops, barbers and restaurant and fifteen minutes walk from the prep year building.
All utilities paid for. |

Thank you for that information. I had read some negative comments. I assume the new flats have completely replaced the old ones. Could you tell me if all flats are located on the ground floor. I prefer not to use elevators if possible. |

The flats are three stories high. No elevators; you use the stairs.
There were teething problems. Whether they've been solved or we've just got used to them I'm not sure.
I think some are still holding out in the old buildings. I don't think all the new ones are occupied but I might be quite wrong. |
