Has anyone else heard about a new law, or perhaps an renewed enforcement, of motorbike insurance?
I was just telling my landlord's son that I had passed my motorbike driving test and he said that as of April 1st, everyone will be required to have motorbike insurance. He also said that it only costs 60,000 VND-quite unbelievably cheap.
I haven't heard this from anyone else so I thought I'd ask if anyone else had.
