Delter advertises you will receive a TEFL certificate after completion of 6 months teaching, but does not tell you that it is not recognized by anyone else. All it says is you taught at Delter...that and 5 yuan will get you a cup of coffee at McDonald's.
Peter Johnston tells students the certificate they receive is printed in Canada (their partner school no one can find the address for) when in reality it's printed in the GM's office on site. He has the GMs make students wait weeks before printing and handing them the certificates so it will appear they had to wait for them to arrive from Canada. It's as valuable as the TEFL cert.
Weekends and evening work 20+ hours per week for low salary...3 days holiday for Chinese New Year..what a joke...universitites have no weekends and long winter and summer holidays, usually paid.
You can do better, don't be a sucker.
