All I know about Hakodate is that people are leaving for Sapporo as the economy worsens. Cycled through it on the way to Sapporo once. Nice little town. |

I saw Hokkaido Insider and O-hayo Sensei mention Daibundo School. Don't know much about them though.
I concur with Hakodate being a nice little town. Visited there in 1997. |
