Hello. From what I've read, it sounds like August is a decent time to start working in Peru (specifically Trujillo). So then would July be a good time to come down and set up camp? I'm planning a week-long trip to Peru in June to check everything out, probably apply for jobs, and make sure this is where I want to be. I'm just wondering if I should plan the move for earlier or a different time altogether, etc etc. |

Anytime except for the end of July and Christmas is a good time for working in institutes. |

I disagree about July. I came at the end of July '07 and was hired within days, by two institutes. Except for Independence Day weekend, I didn't notice any sort of slow down in institute work, just school kids.
About Christmas, yeah, it's pretty slow then, but I don't think it'd preclude a place from *hiring* you and starting you working at some point in January. |
