Forgive if this is redundant from another topic that I could not find, but I'm not interested in wasting any second of my life from a rejected visa (although that may be a lost cause), and so I have two questions about things I'm unclear on on the visa application.

I'm supposed to put Place of Issue of Passport. I think it was Miami, USA where I received it from, but I don't see it anywhere on my passport for sure. Should I put Miami, USA or just USA because I wouldn't bet one sinking American dollar it's absolutely Miami? I mean, it might be Fort Lauderdale.

My second question is: was that question too anal and concerned about unimportant details? Put another way, how worried should I be about exact precision?

Actually, I'm finding that, through no skill of my own (indeed, quite the opposite), this is actually a pretty simple visa application. That's what I'm saying right now, at least. Thank you.
