Hello all,

I left Russia to live in NZ around 10 years ago. I believe the property market in Tomsk has changed dramatically but how dramatically (price) I'm very much unsure of.

I would appreciate someome pointing me to a local property website that lists prices/pictures of properties available for sale in Tomsk region or provide me with some advice on the following:

1. Price per acre of land (I understand this is very much variable but approx). Is it cheap to buy land in Tomsk?

2. Price ranges for 'Dacha' (holiday house/batch)?

3. Price ranges for a city appartment (2-3 bedrooms, 1-2 bathrooms, above level 1)?

I'm also interested in property in Novosibirsk and Altay. Does anyone have any experience in this field? Legal issues, scams, etc...?

ESL don't generally in volve themselves in the local real esrate market, but one thought occurs to me.

I haven't been in Tomsk since 05, but if you can't afford to go there and look for yourself, you can't afford the market, chum.
