I'm not sure how you would assume that management problems would not affect the teachers. The problem for teachers most often IS the management.
They are the people that can make or break your experience teaching in the Gulf. A repeated comment that one reads on this board is "if I could have stayed in my classroom with the students, things would have been great."
But... in the hallways there be dragons...
