|
|
I am currently doing research on schools located in the provinces of Java Island (excluding Jakarta).
If you have experience with schools in these provinces, and would like to share your experiences, please do so.
If you write publicly, please remember not to violate the forums' rules (especially don't name names). If you want to name people, then send it in a PM to me.
Please be detailed, accurate, fair and honest. Complaining just because you worked more hours than you liked, they didn't give you extra hours that you wanted, or someone in the school wasn't nice to you doesn't constitute a valid report. Please do NOT write if you are just mad because someone pissed in your last bottle of beer, nipped your portable DVD player, or didn't share a meal with you.
Please be sure to write the following:
1) The full name of the school
2) The full address of the school
3) A bulleted/numbered list of your grievances
If you PM me, please also include:
4) Your full name
5) Identity card number, expiry, and country of issuance
6) Names of those people involved as perpetrators
7) Names of those people involved as victims (if they consent)
And any other relevant details...
If you feel uncomfortable about saying things in the forum, you may PM me with your comments. I will keep what you write confidential, but I will also check it out to make sure you are not:
1) A former employee with an invalid grudge,
2) A gossip monger who's speaking out of your a-hole,
3) A "mole" from one of the organizations who hopes to make their name better than it really is.
4) Some other sort of liar.
Valid complaints include:
- Verbal and written promises (including contracts) that were not fulfilled completely, were violated at some point without restitution, or were completely ignored.
- Job descriptions that did not match the reality of the situation, were changed suddenly without your consent or were later described as, "general guidelines that can be freely changed".
- False or misleading statements made about working conditions, living conditions, benefits or salary.
- Failure or unreasonable delay by the management to address grievances, problems, health risks or other issues.
- Routine failure to pay salaries (more than a week in arrears) and bonuses in a timely manner, especially if no advanced notice was given.
- Failure to provide feedback, training or support to assure teachers who were lagging behind could catch up.
- Harassment/abuse (verbal, emotional, physical or sexual), theft, and other crimes
- Et cetera
I also welcome positive input!
In the future, I will be doing research on other provinces' schools. Be patient...

Are you only researching negative experiences, or positive ones too? |

An interesting mix of internet interrogation and identity theft. I would advise everybody to ignore this blatant attempt to intrude on privacy and would suggest the moderators consider deleting this thread. |

Perhaps Mr 'tumnus spent his childhood at the platform ends of Crewe station, feverishly scribbling down all the carriage numbers. |
