Well that hypothetical battle of those tennis titans Virginia Woolf and Bettina Bunge still rages on (See VS and JS on another post.)
I think this needs to be settled once and for all. Let the People Speak has always been a maxim close to my heart ( A Double Maxim has always been closest to my liver)
So cast your vote for the greatest female tennis player of all time.

Given the choices, I've got to go with the Woolfster. Does anyone play in Jeddah? I look forward to playing tennis and football once I get into KSA. Pm me if interested. |

Since my knowledge of tennis likely matches Ms Woolf's, I too will vote for her.
VS
(do people play much tennis in hot and humid Jeddah? do they have any indoor courts to use?) |

Well, tennis is not my preferred sport. I like Karate, it is very useful in the Magic Kingdom, especially in Jeddah and Riyadh!
Martina Navratilova! I thought Navratilova is a man in a woman's clothes! |

Mr Bond you get the CHOP for not voting
It's strictly Ozzie rules on the democracy front here, no post without a vote unless you have the following;
a) a sick note from the doctor
b) high level connections
Everything else is just a wasta time!!!!

Mr. K.
I've gone for Virginia Wade/ Woolf. At least she resembled a female. Betty Bunge was more muscular than me. I think she ate lots of your cakes.

There was no "other" selection so I voted wolverine too. But I'm with john and thought jelly bean king should've been the one.

I'm in J-Town and am up for a game of tennis. PM me if you're interested...
Also, I'd rather have Serena up there instead of Venus. She has won considerably more Slams and has more titles on different surfaces. Although their her head-to-head is slightly in Venus' favour.
And how can you miss out Steffi Graf?!?! |

What time do people usually play in Jeddah? Do you play indoors? How about the proper attire? Is it expensive to play or join a club?
Thanks |
