Please translate this JR station name into English

Below is an image of a JR train station name (maybe two), can you please tell me what it says in English.

In English, it says "North Inlet Harmony".

It's the station between Yono and Urawa on the Keihin Tohoku line in Saitama. The station on the right's name is cut off. Kuki, perhaps?

Left kanji set is for Kita-Urawa (north Urawa)

Right kanji seems incompete for Kuki
