Along with five years teaching in higher education (MBA in Business Management), tutoring workshops for the University, and pursuing a PhD in Business Adminstration due to be completed by the end of the year, what certifications will I need to get hired and noticed in Dubai? TESOL? TEFL? TESL? Do not want to waste time and money, if certain certifications are needless. Some of the posts on this site suggest

If your qualifications are accompanied by industry experience, HCT would
certainly be interested (even without an EFL certification) |
