| What organisations pay for flight and accomodation to UAE for an interview? Which do videoconferencing and which do interviews in Sydney? |

| I have never heard of any employer paying expenses for people to come to interview in the UAE or other Gulf states. |

I have been flown in for interviews twice through the years. Kuwait University flew me in from the states for an interview in '98, but I think it may have been only the particular department that did this at that time. I was also flown from Kuwait to Dubai for an interview by AUS, but it was not for an English teaching position. I haven't heard of any employers in the UAE flying applicants in for EFL positions.
I know that HCT used to do video conferencing. Don't know anything about interviews in Australia.
