If anyone has information, I will be grateful...
I'm teaching in Seoul until August 10 but have been hired at a university in Turkey, to begin August 24. Thus, I need to apply for my visa before leaving Korea. Has anyone done this? And does anyone know if as a US citizen I can apply for a Turkish visa at the Turkish Embassy here in Seoul?
My other option is to mail my application and documents to Los Angeles, but I'd rather not do that if I can help it.
Thanks.

Hi. I'm a U.S. citizen living in Canada. I've been hired by a Turkish university for next September and I asked the Turkish consulate in L.A. which consulate I should use for my visa app. They said I need to apply to the Turkish consulate in Ottawa. So, I assume that you will need to apply at the Turkish consulate in Seoul, regardless of your U.S. citizenship. |
