No experience here myself (Thank God) but have had a lot of friends here who were not so lucky.
My impression: Run, do not walk, RUN away from this one. In fact, stay away from the multi-city chain English mills in general. The horror stories will make your skin crawl. Long hours, insulting pay, pointless classes, death by middle-school-kids (these might sound pleasant enough until you actually experience them...), clueless and abusive management...these seem to be the hallmark of the chains.
