				| Has anybody else had the misfortune to suscribe to Aora, the 'replacement' for Astro? I was stupid enough to believe that they would keep Goal TV as part of their package, only to be right royally miffed when , first Goal TV 1, and now Goal TV 2 disappeared. Apparently, they are heading away from being sports orientated to a more 'family oriented' package.
I signed up for a specific set of channels, paying a year in advance, and after four months I no longer receive what I subscribed to. In any other country, I'd expect to have some form of recourse. But here? Forget it. Customer services? The words chocolate and teapot spring to mind. I guess they are very good at doing what they are employed to do - fobbing off people with "Sorry, lah, we can't do anything" long enough for the customer to throw the towel in. Why should they bother - they've already got the money...

In my mind, this is theft, pure and simple.

What do you lovely people think?

				| Agree with you. I didn't subscribe as I thought they would go out of business.
Anyone know who will have the footy rights next season?

				| Someone told me you need Bloomberg TV but goodness knows how to subscribe to it.
In a similar vein I pay for 256kbps mobile internet and consider myself fortunate to get 2kbps most evenings. Indosat customer service simply couldn't understand why I wouldn't want to get up at 3am when 'demand is low' to check my email...
