Hello -

I am working on my resume to send to private and international schools in Istanbul. I'm new to ESL (just getting my CELTA this summer), but have a decade of journalism and non-profit experience and a few months' worth of overseas volunteer experience that included informal English teaching.

I'm trying to structure my resume such that I highlight my professional experiences (what might set me apart), but also give weight to the international experiences I've already had.

Does anyone have advice on how best to structure my resume for Istanbul employers? Again, private and international schools in particular.

Thanks so much.
