Yes, it's probly true. I was told that some provinces are not issuing working visa's
due to Swine Flu (to Americans, as far as I understand).

If you think im kidding, look at my original post and the other teachers comments.

Now, I was wondering which provinces >? Is Guongdong one of them?
I was counting on coming to China to teach in September and would like to know if I should look at another country....like Korea.
