|
|
Hi everyone, everything ended up going smoothly, and I will be receiving the work visa application form soon. I was wondering, after I bring it to the consulate, how much time do I have before I have to enter China? Example, If I bring it to the consulate June 20th...
Thanks |

| I seem to remember you have 90 days to enter China after being issued the Z visa. Z visas expire 30 days after you enter during which time you should be issued with your residence permit. |

| Can't remember the exact time limit though 90 days sounds about right. The visa will show you an expiry date so you gotta enter before then and, as the last poster said, you have 30 days to convert the Z into a Residency Permit. The employer will do that for/with you. |

| The two above posters are correct. You have three months from the issuance of the Z visa to enter China. |
