OK, so I've read through the forum, especially the one on ET Ankara, but I want to open up the discussion to recent experience/advice about ET Istanbul. Any input it appreciated, but lets please not spiral out of control into personal attacks. Thanks!

MOD EDIT

Now. Let me input that detailed post yet again....

I dealt with ET last month, and I had a job lined up. But I rocked the boat and starting asking hard questions of rubber-lipped teachers who already work there. Needless to say, that prospect suddenly dried up and the head honchos went cold on me. I never went to work there. It's all good. I have no patience for tattle-tail teachers anyway.

There is a lot of the tattle-tail BS going on in TESOL these days. If you try to find out the truth about a school, don't be surprised if the gate is suddenly pulled up and you're left out in the cold.

English Time? Well, they don't call it "English Crime" for no good reason. You'd be better off working at a fast food joint than for those jokers.

Every little bit helps.
