				|    Sadly true, I fear. 
 That said.  I do have a friend that taught at the Cairo Sabis school many years ago and she said that it was tolerable because the management there avoided the worst of the normal Sabis system.  They were nice people who respected their teachers and treated them decently.  Naturally they didn't last and are now long gone... having been replaced with the usual.

				| Here's a funny discovery I made last week. The state that I live in has such a piss-poor educational system that many "at risk" schools have been made into "charter" schools (whatever th' hell THAT means!) and jes' guess who has been awarded the contract?!?
