Ive been teaching in Korea for too long. Im tired, because of the extent to which things are delusional here. Sorry for the grammar. I dont think Korea is in any way representative of Asia as a whole and I need an out. I am looking for some relaxation on the beach. Basically, Id like to just be left alone for a year. Please verify or dispell what Ive been told:
Ive heard the White Egret is pretty good for 265 USD a month.
I think I can get a 90 visa.
Im hoping I can fill my stomach.
Im hoping I dont get bitten by 800 mosquitos every night.
Honestly, I am not happy with Asia and I think its because Korea is a red herring: I dont think the rest of Asia thinks its the "Soul of Asia." I can go into this more (as in VS Japan) but I dont think any of us need to hear it.
I am looking to move at the end of this month. Im just trying to get a smooth transition. Thanks guys. |
