In general, you get paid for contact hours only. At HCT, they will try to dragoon you into endless mindless meetings outside that time. No prep time will be paid time. Imagine it's the same mose places.

The Dubai HCT colleges offer adjuncts a semester contract at the appropriate rate, which you'll probably find on the HCT recruitment site, and this covers all contact time whether teaching or invigilation. Theoretically, if you have 20 hours teaching, you'll be required to be in college 40 hours, the same as permanent faculty.
