| I had a question on how common or safe it is for potential employers to request copies of a passport during the application process? I understand them needing to verify citizenship and everything, but I was never asked to produce copies until I was officially hired at my last job. Thank you |

| very common, very safe. Don't worry, it's just SOP for many places. |
