| I have a position for this fall at KFUPM PYP. I suffer from Bi-polar disorder I�m a little concerned about the medical exam. The disease is well managed with mood stabilizing drugs but will this affect getting my KSA Visa? I'm also wondering if I can get these drugs in KSA or will I have to have them shipped (I know I will have to have a letter from my physician). Thanks for any information |

I have heard that monkeys do not like camel milk, and they get irritated from Maths teachers and Zangabeel!

Well, the Saudi medical exam does not include a test for Bi-polar disorder.
My concern is that the environment of the Magic Kingdom may accelerate your Bi-polar disorder and will lead to extreme manic episodes which may lead to hallucinations. I advise you to bring your drugs with you, especially during first months of your presence in the Magic Kingdom.
I guess the drugs for Bi-polar disorder exist in the Magic Kingdom, but you need a prescription from your doctor to get them.

I'm not really asking medical advice so much rather it will affect getting the visa. BTW, I was in rural Nigeria for 4 years with no problems, in fact I found being outside the US to help  . |

Are you sure? I've seen a few medications available over the counter at places like Ad-Dawaa that you'd need a prescription for back home. |
