I recently looked at one of their contracts. If you search these boards you will find that opinions differ because some of the franchises treat staff well and some don't. As a full-time teacher here in Oz, I can say that you will need a strong voicebox to physically cope with the number of hours they require you to be in front of a class.
I have emailed teachers who have worked at two of the EF schools. One gave a glowing report but said the "compulsory" overtime hours were too long. The other gave a nightmare report As I said - different franchises. All the best. |

Let us know which franchise has offered you a contract, and we can help you.
Some are horrible, some are survivable. |

I've had many friends who worked for these people. I have never heard a 'glow' story; they've ALL been nightmares.
Multi-city private english school chains, in general, suck. Don't go there.
