Hi I'm doing Celta at International House, Krakow in august. Just wondering if i should open a account with HSBC in the UK or wait to open one in Poland. ANy one had any propblems opeing up bank acounts while out there, ie fixed address etc.

I'm American and opened an account at Milllennium Bank with no problems (had no fixed address at the time). This was about a year ago.
They also gave me a separate account for US dollars. Check Milllennium Bank out. |

Nordea is pretty good as well, they don't charge ATM fees [also give you the foreign currency option] |
