Hello!
I'm compiling a list of schools (public or private) in Taiwan. I have checked out many websites including the Job Information Journal and come up with several hundred names and locations. I think this list could be of interest to folks thinking of coming here and applying to jobs.
Does anyone know if such a list already exists? I've checked out the Taiwan Yellow Pages, but the list is far from complete. Please let me know of all the schools in your neighbourhood. I'd be happy to share the list with this forum when it's complete.

If you are in Taiwan now, check with the Ministry of Education. I had a small book in 1997 that was exactly what you are describing.
Since then, many schools have been "upgraded" to colleges and universities, so the names and classifications would all be different now. It included the names of the schools in English, as well as Chinese.
I haven't seen such a publication since then, but I would imagine it is easily available (free). This booklet I am describing did not include any junior high or elementary schools......
