I have been back in States for a while and am heading to Laos. While doing my job search I noticed thet Rockies English is looking for teachers. I had the unfortunate experience of working for them about 2 years ago. I wouldn't want anyone to go through what I had to go through.
1. My working visa wasn't processed properly.
2. Pay was not paid in full for days worked.
3. Provided housing was totally unacceptable, 4 by 4 hole in kitchen wall, no A.C./ no heating. throw away funishings ect..
5. Threatened by Guangzhou boss Sonny( owners father) with police action/deportation..
6.Transportation 1 hour each way not covered by school. :(
Basically, this school is a definete stay away.. Kirkpatrick |

Is that a rhetorical question? (and is that?) Many people come here without a Z for as many reasons. I did too. Worked out ok. |
