I have just been offered an ESL position at Ha'l University by M Trading Company. As a result, I did a Google search and found some horror stories.

A few comments were favourable but most were negative. Does anyone have any further comments to make?

I have read the comments about Ha'l on this site and think that the issues there may be enough to cope with without factoring in a difficult employer. |

				Hi Hurriyah,

No. That wasn't the name of the recruiter from M-Trading.

What are you going to do? |

M-Trading is a parent company with many guises and heaps of recruiters.

M-Trading AKA Virtual Vision AKA Dialdin AKA Al-Kam Trading AKA Tulbah Contracting Services AKA Global Entity Manpower and many aliases to hide the beast.

Do not under any circumstances develop a contractual relationahip with M-Trading or any of its etceteras. |

I won't; and thanks for the advice. I know this may sound naive but I

feel sad after this discovery. (Thank God! for ESL Websites!)

This was my first attempt at getting work in the ME - and hey! I was succesful! - only to find out that all was not as it seemed.

I assume the only way to get a decent position is directly through a university and not a recruiter.

Tell me please: why are so many recruiters mentioned on this and other sites - so awful. |
