Hey all,
Have just moved to Wroclaw (doing the Delta right now  ) and am STUCK as to where to change my Taiwanese currency - no Kantor or bank seems to wants to touch it. Not too bothered about getting the greatest exchange rate. Yes, I know I should have changed it before I left TW, but was told I'd have to pay much more for excess baggage at the airport than I was eventually charged, and so was left with a whole bunch of NT dollars
