I'm learning the hard way that Kaohsiung's English teaching market isn't that great right now.
I'm going to continue applying to buxiban here, but unfortunately, if I don't find a buxiban pretty soon, I'm going to exhaust all the buxiban in the city!
So in case that happens, here's my question:
Where is the most desperate-to-hire part of Taiwan?
Like, as a backup, I want to find a region of Taiwan so desperate, they hire high school dropouts and Russians out of sheer desperation.
Does such a place exist in Taiwan, or am I thinking of Korea? |

To me it seems like there is a glut of Teflers in Taiwan.
Your best bet might be to try Tealit.com and look for jobs in Taipei.
Taipei isn't desperate but they have more schools!
Miao Li, in the center of the Island might be a good place to try if you are looking for a smaller city. |

| Good for you. I never knew it was that difficult to get placed in Taiwan, especially if you were onj the ground and running. Food for thought. |
