I checked the school out more than one year ago, and found it to be a wel-appointed estalishment, producing some of its own teaching materials. The expats working there at that time seemed satisfied, and said so; this impression I passed on to a Canadian who eventually went to Zhongshan, only to find things to be less than ideal. She complained to me that the school lacks coordination and planning. This was reflected in many missed opportunities of meeting up, due to last-minute job changes.
The owners are two ladies, one of whom calls herself Victoria; she was generous to me, but she will not be at the training centre most of the time as she holds down a job at a bank.
I strongly suggest you negotiate a fair deal as the offer she came up last time I checked was somewhat disappointing. You should get at least 5000; that's an agreeable salary thugh many other schools pay more than that (not in Zhongshan, though!).
And, Zhongshan is a relatively nice place; my correspondent said, however, her flat was not initiallyup to her expectations.
Good luck
